I'm Autumn, the founder and CEO of Roots Restored.
Roots Restored is a faith-based Christian coaching organization dedicated to helping women heal at the root, break free from limiting beliefs and negative thought cycles, and rediscover their God-given identity so they can confidently walk in the assignment God has placed on their lives.
My journey began with my own healing. I had to confront the pain, fear, and distorted self-beliefs that were holding me back before I could walk confidently in what God created me for. Through that process, God restored my identity from the inside out, and now I have the honor of helping other women experience that same freedom.
I work with women who carry leadership in their everyday lives, often without even realizing it. They influence their homes, children, communities, workplaces, and churches. Many also lead businesses and ministries. I know firsthand what it’s like to carry responsibility in these spaces, to pour into others, show up strong, and lead well, while quietly struggling to walk in the full freedom of who God created you to be.
That’s why I created Roots Restored. I believe healing and freedom are not just personal, they’re generational. When a woman is restored at the root, everything connected to her begins to flourish.
My mission is to walk alongside women as they heal, rediscover their God-given identity, and step boldly into the life, leadership, and purpose He’s already placed inside them.

I am the author of Identity in Bloom, a breakthrough coaching curriculum designed to help women who struggle with negative self-beliefs, identity wounds, and distorted self-perception learn to see themselves the way God sees them. Through this work, I help women break free from fear, shame, self-doubt, and the lies of the enemy—so they can rise into their God-given assignment with clarity and boldness.
